No growth opportunities within greater Accenture for DIS reps. Forced to sign a non-compete, so can’t even join client directly if you do exceed expectations. Incompetent leadership and minimal job job security that’s independent of sellers’ performance. If a client doesn’t renew, every employee under the program is automatically severed.
