Current Employee2.3May 30, 2025With new comp structure you will only make livable money if you stay in tier 1. Which is top 10% of sales team. Tier 2 is top 25% of sales team and gets smaller lead sizes. Tier 3 and 4 are junk leads - small leads or leads not looking for what the company is selling.
