If growth and development matter to you, this isn’t the department to be in. Learning took a backseat to keeping up appearances, with little real investment in building skills or long-term success. Feedback was vague, support was surface-level, and progression felt more about endurance than actual development. You either played along with the system or quietly looked for a way out.
