Completely depends which team & leadership you have. Enterprise divided into customer base & net new - BDRs not the best, tons of outbound & KPIs for tracking emails and calls. Probably would have been a great place to work 8-10 years ago.

On my team, 3 of 5 reps have hit or surpassed their targets, which speaks to the attainability of our goals. While the team's quota attainment percentage has dropped from 80% to 60% since my last review, this isn't due to systemic issues.
