The industry is down due to technology improvements and access to remote talent. Leadership is living in the past and selling a dream that will never exist like it did when they started 12 years ago. Benefits are not good, in office culture to ensure everyone is getting the KoolAid. They do hire good humans but if you stick around you become jaded.

When starting this role was great. They get you with the solid base. Unfortunately leadership is primarily people who have never had another job in their careers. They allow people cherry picking across territories. Also went 100% back to in office and lost A LOT of strong sellers due to these changes.

High turnover, staffing industry is not fun. Unpredictable market and dealing with contractors becomes troublesome.
