First 2 quarters were great. I was killing it then then January 1st hit and new targets were applied. I was supposed to hit 150% of my previous years target and if i did not hit the target i wouldn't get any commission.

Micro managing leardship and only paying out commission if you hit 75% of goal when the goal they make for you each year almost doubbles
