Support from leadership is nonexistent unless you are part of "The Club", support had high turn over which resulted in a smaller then needed team and lead to client issues that caused sales to take a hit. Operations and Legal team are extremely slow to provide responses which delays sales and preferential treatment is given to certain members of the team.

People are all nice, culture is not one of hustling which some people like but gets old after a while. Taking 3 weeks to get a contract back from legal is demotivating when the pressure to close is high. Processes and tech stack are old, compensation is low, resources are scarce.
