Overall experience was positive, spent 20+ years and was continuously offered chances to promote and take on larger roles. Training is pretty much non-existent, must be a self starter and resourceful to be truly successful. Base pay is in line with comp., however, incentive pay is rare as bonus structure is tied to total company performance.
