This review is specifically for the inside sales division which is new, and the first time Cintas has grown a division this quickly. It seems like they tried to grow way too fast without reviewing processes and checking in with the team. Last week out of around 120 employees, 5 people quit. Fantastic company to grow and cut your teeth in b2b. Leadership is amazing, expectations are clear cut. Pay is initially heavily dependent on territory, but even if you start off with a disadvantage, they have opportunities to learn how to leverage your territory to level out compensation. Highly recommend, especially for a first b2b position.
