The comp and % of reps hitting quota started to slip and at that time I was recruited with a new opportunity and left. AdPurp is a great group of people and have nothing bad to say about the company.

Management and C-Suite are incredible coaches and mentors, company culture is A+ and I really enjoyed my time learning from veteran sales professionals. Advancement opportunities as a BDR are limited, compensation is mid range.
