Former Employee3.9Mar 26, 2024Depends on the office you work for. As a recruiter, the only thing that matters is the SPC that you have. This is based on Account Managers and their reqs. If you have terrible reqs, you won’t have high numbers. If you’re lucky enough to have solid reqs, capitalize on them.
