It is a typically sales role. Lacks collaborative environment and entices backstabbing your colleague to get ahead. This is not a one off situation it happens frequently

My overall experience was pretty positive. Depends on your leader. The hours are nice. Environments are toxic dishonesty and cliques. Leadership leaves a lot to be desired. Constant restructuring to move positions and make them obsolete
