Former Employee Your first year in sales sucks. They only promote within so everyone starts out as a recruiter but getting “promoted” into sales feels like a step backwards. Staffing has been down the last 3 years, but either way they need to up their pay structure so this doesn’t happen. Your territory is very important as well, you can only sell to manufacturing so that limits you a lot. Training is also non existent for sales, they just expect you to know how to sell staffing. The nice part is once you land a client and they continue to have openings, you have them forever so it turns into almost passive income. However, one bad candidate can ruin your relationship with the client. If you hit quota, you get to go to Mexico but only like 35% of the company hits that. Presidents club you get to go a day earlier. The next job up is a director which you probably need to sell for 5-10 years to get a shot at that. Very competitive and most likely have to move to another office/state. Browse Other Reviews
