Horrible, culture was awful, they brag about not having an HR department and they desperately need one. Whole team had to fight to get money they rightfully earned. Worst professional experience of my career

Can't comment on OTE, percentage hit as we were never given proper comp plans. Worst culture I've ever seen, and lots of problems with not paying employees commissions.
