Company is a tough market. Work from home is killing the physical recovery market. Trying to pivot to cyber but late to the game. Management throwing random things at the wall and hope it sticks. Private equity owned company with no real vision bought and sold everything 3-6 years. Rough place to work.

(Preparis Side) Run don't walk away from this leadership cesspool. There is no room to learn from failure while management has no clue how to succeed in today's market via cold call. Great sales training and diversity and inclusion. Software product only sells decently to small banks so if you don't make it on to finance team you will not hit quota. The finance team was the only team that had reps hit quota all other reps struggled to hit quota including myself.
