Leadership is awesome and always feel like I have the support I need, when I need it. Pay is good. Sales cycle is excruciatingly long and is a difficult role. I will say though, it had been a positive learning experience and can be rewarding taking a deal from start to finish. Install days are the best.

Good people and org, it’s large capital so incentives aren’t as lucrative than other places. Lots of opportunities in business and getting great experience to negotiate any agreement.

Long sales cycle, not a lot of freedom to make decisions on your own. Lot of “red tape” in order to progress a deal. More of an emphasis on maximizing your current accounts profits and no emphasize on new business/new signings
