If you value sanity over money, don't even take an interview. CEO - VP of Sales don't value you or your effort. There is a good chance if you hit your number, there is no guarantee you will stay. The CEO fires employees without performance plans. There is no coaching or accountability from leadership. If this is the only offer you get in your pipeline, do not make the same mistake I made, DO NOT TAKE IT
