Culture, which starts at the top, is toxic. For me, it outweighs everything else.

If you can navigate all the ‘chefs in the kitchen’ well, you can make a lot of money. If you just want to sell by yourself instead of as a part of a team, probably not the place for you. It’s a large Org and has many different product lines. Senior sales professionals who can work well in team environments do very well here; lone wolf types do not.
