CEO is slashing jobs and funding for programs to sustain a market value that he and other execs can cash out on in 2024. There is zero direction or leadership. They operate as companies did in the early 2000s. Huge field sales budgets, no customer success or digital sales model in place, only talk to customers when trying to sell something to them. It's a glass house.
