Sr Leadership moved the goal posts and changed territories 4 times in 2 years. It is extremely difficult to be successful when the rules change so often. You can work for months to gain access into these large accounts and then have to give them up with the next version of changes. The product bag was also reduced to sell products Alight is not known for.

Very negative sales culture. Sales leadership has favorite reps who get special benefits - accounts & in-motion leads handed to them. Leadership is not trustworthy.

High level of change within commercial sales org. Every year, new territories, accounts and overall go-to-market strategy leaves reps spinning their wheels. Leadership does not lead, not a good place for an enterprise seller who knows employee benefits or HR tech.
