The company used to be the gold standard in dentistry. It has become a leadership turnover machine with unrealistic quotas and weak mangers that prefer socializing with friends than supporting their teams. All reps have lost deals to managers favorites and solutions are offered and never delivered.

All was so Confuse. The target were very urealistic and very hard to attain. Just a few sales rep reached quota. From Management lot of pressure. No transparency, and hard to track the results.
