My overall experience was good. Seemed there was a major disconnect between reps and sales leadership. Lots of turnover and seems that competitors are starting to gain on them in market share. Still a great job and company to work for.

All was so Confuse. The target were very urealistic and very hard to attain. Just a few sales rep reached quota. From Management lot of pressure. No transparency, and hard to track the results.
