Align is an amazing company to work for they are cutting edge and a market leader. We are constantly evolving and making the product better. Leaderships goal is to ensure growth and making sure the sales team is armed with the best competitive knowledge to succeed daily. As all big company’s we have our issues but nothing that is holding us back from making great money.

All was so Confuse. The target were very urealistic and very hard to attain. Just a few sales rep reached quota. From Management lot of pressure. No transparency, and hard to track the results.
