High base, no leads, all leads go through BDR even people you meet with in person. Too segemented of market. Remove/add partner programs at will resulting in no leads. Revolving door of management, had 2 managers within 10 months and 3 different VPs of Sales. Hard push/coerce to go in person when pointless. Bleak outlook at boomer legacy japanese comapny.

They lie to new reps as to what their realistic top prospect company size is. They're good at the 20-30 man companies and have a low percentage close on 100 man plus companies.
