Former Employee2.6Dec 8, 2025High base, no leads, all leads go through BDR even people you meet with in person. Too segemented of market. Remove/add partner programs at will resulting in no leads. Revolving door of management, had 2 managers within 10 months and 3 different VPs of Sales. Hard push/coerce to go in person when pointless. Bleak outlook at boomer legacy japanese comapny.
