Current Employee Great, stable company to work with. They are recession resistant, and they have a national footprint, so gaining traction in new markets is much easier with the visibility.
However...
Little to no training. Very low incentive to close deals with a commission structure based off of a percentage of revenue rather than deal size.
Example -
deal size is $1,000,000 Average deal size is 250-350k
Profit margins of 5% - $50,000.
Your commission - 2.5% of profit ($1250)
