They're on a huge hiring spree and have been for a while as they build to a likely IPO. Never done mass layoffs AFAIK. However expect some cost cutting around or shortly after IPO time!

The culture is great, the product market fit has just hit a whole different level and we expect it to continue to improve. Lots of SDRs hit quota and many exceed it as well. Overall a great place to start and it looks to be a rocket ship moving forward!

Senior reps are seemingly tired of what’s been going on, with a continued lack of support from higher ups. Commission goes down quietly, and quotas increase with more bottlenecks becoming apparent.
