Current Employee Continuing with hiring efforts while there is a shrinking opportunity for SDRs to hit quota. Senior reps are seemingly tired of what’s been going on, with a continued lack of support from higher ups. Commission goes down quietly, and quotas increase with more bottlenecks becoming apparent. If you aren’t a top performing rep with a good moat, good luck getting promoted otherwise this is a revolving door at the entry level.
