Great experience lots to learn here with a great product but the company is becoming more and more corporate. The pay structure makes no sense. Being a top rep at the company doesn’t necessarily mean you make the most.

Very successful company, with attractive base and OTE. Top perfomers will earn very well, however there is a high rate of staff turnover in new joiners and recent hiring means fewer accounts to go around. Product market fit is good for public equity/HFs, but less strong for private equity, banks, especially in EMEA.
