Overall my experience at AlphaSense has generally been positive. Leadership for the account management team is strong but I have mixed views on other sales leaders at the organization. AM's compensation structure has been made worse in regards to Multiyears/ certain upsells which has been a point of frustration across the org. The product is very strong but missing some financial data access to make it a need have.

Strong team, culture, product, and leadership. The pace and expectations are high but that’s matched by strong investment in sales resources and comp. Clear category leadership since the Tegus acquisition, though competition is increasing.

Very territory and vertical dependent. Different levels of product market fit depending on where you end up. Comp plan has been butchered the past couple years in a row so it’s much harder to make good commissions.
