The work is pretty straight forward and interesting with the state of the industry. However, it’s very difficult to promote from the sales manager position. It’s very competitive with many high performers and little opportunities available. The incentive pay is also lacking to exceed expectations as its bonus based and doesn’t move the needle to put in extra effort. Managers and culture are fantastic.

Limited growth potential for most new employees beyond the Sales Manager role. Business is under pressure from multiple angles. Disconnect between executive leadership and the sales force. Great PTO policy, student loan reimbursement plan and Maternity/Paternity leave plan.

Great company to start for, little upward mobility out of starting sales role (sales manager). There are generally less than 10 openings yearly for the next level up with a massive backlog of applicants.
