Former Employee Senior management who cared were trapped between execs squeezing money and mid level management that weren’t inspired.
Always fell down onto the team to carry the stress without any plan or goal, so good talent would run away.
Culture was poor, in my time there I witnessed bullying, racism, extensive drug/alcohol use and even an occasion of an employee being spiked at a work social by another group of reps.
