Hi There, I found their interview process refreshing. You are assigned an employee after passing a phone screen who guides you through the process. I had 5 interviews where all their questions relate back to their leadership principles. Google "Amazon Leadership Principles" as you should tailor your answers to always relate back to those. If you do not know an answer to a question, SAY YOU DO NOT KNOW and will get them the right answer as a follow-up. They want candidates who will admit weaknesses and not lie to a customer just to seem knowledgable. They will google the answer while you tell them. If you are customer obsessed and genuine, they will like you.
