Inbound leads were cut off about halfway through my tenure at this company, which drastically reduced my ability to meet sales goals. We had to cross sell our book of business, which in insurance, was tough. Our leadership was inclusive and supportive, however, which made for a comfortable work environment.

Decent job, its insurance so it very mundane, a lot of call volumes with mostly same day closing Can make decent money if you meet all requirements to access your bonus which is difficult but mostly relying on base
