Several factors limit sales activity. 3-4 hours of drive time per day. Can't be on the phone, so it's dead time (can't followup or sell). Excessive paperwork, that, again, is a non-selling activity. Leave house at 7 and finish the day at 12 midnight during the busy season. Some reps are up to 2am occasionally. Culture is military. Beat down the reps. No HVAC experience = more beatdown b/c you'll make mistakes. About 40% turnover.

Can't speak to the entire organization, just the holding that was AJ Perri, but ARS was in late-stage capital extraction mode there, and created a work environment that was like a penitentiary.
