Almost 95% turnover on the sales team including all sales leaders in the past 12 months. Not a great place to be an AE. No Commercial reps were ever promoted to Mid-Market. All Ent reps quit. Leadership makes all decisions based off of emotion making it impossible to follow or scale.

Mid-Market management and the Head of Sales are wonderful. They are both very involved in deal cycles and provide great training opportunities. Senior leadership knows how to run a business and the product has a great market fit, but senior leadership does not seem to care much for protecting reps and ensuring they are set up for success.
