Current Employee My overall experience was that this was a company that lacked leadership and vision. While the core technology was strong, we were constantly shifting business models and strategies. As goals continued to be missed, lower-level employees would be let go and leadership was never held responsible. Additionally, they acknowledged that they pay below market value for positions and in the almost 3 years that I've been at the company I have not received any sort of raise/bonus.
