Rude and disrespectful CEO, no training, absolutely no DE&I (no support for it either), and misaligned leadership who undermined each other.

Was not a great company and I did not see a new business deal on the SaaS side sold in my time there and I was not aware of any new deals for well over a year.

My overall experience was that this was a company that lacked leadership and vision. While the core technology was strong, we were constantly shifting business models and strategies.
