My overall experience with Apex Systems Charlotte was great. The base pay was very low, but the uncapped commission is what drives you to work harder and do more. It is one of those positions that you get what you give and made for a great place to start out my career in sales. The company culture in the office was positive with the exception of a couple AMs and senior recruiters, but you'll have that anywhere. Overall it was a great place to work.

Too early to give a great synopsis, but the training has been informative and helpful. The sales cycle is long because of the nature of our sales cycle, but the potential for earnings is high.
