My overall experience here was decent. Definitely room for improvement on the protocols and procedures for the sales team. The CEO was amazing, I think there might’ve been a few bad apples in other leadership roles.

Inbound lead flow has been very low, direct report is fantastic, team members are always happy to help, customers love Appcues and we are well known in the DPA market.
