Good base salary and benefits but the workload is heavy and the incentive plan is yearly and also based on the overall attainment of the organization. Basically, you can work your butt off and still not max out your comp plan just because the rest of the organization underachieved or was hurt by a specific situation with a customer.

Overall experience can be difficult to describe. Not a traditional sales role and there can be a lot of obstacles for new comers to the industry and organization. Base salary is above average but total comp is mediocre. Benefits are very good.
