New CRO came in and provided a new process where it did not align with the stability of the product; between all of the customer challenges and pushing the envelope, customer churn skyrocketed and new customer acquisition was barely happening at the enterprise level.

I worked at Aqua for about 3+ years and thoroughly enjoyed my time here, great opportunity, great leadership and you get to work on some great deals.
