New leadership with little industry knowledge and the inability to lead. Leaving historical customers behind to chase big deals selling what is very close to vapor ware.

The market for IRM/GRC is certainly saturated. The product is well known with positive and negative perceptions. The sales cycles are long and new business is certainly feast or famine.

I left after 3 months due to issues with their culture. Reps and my Manager were ok to miss their number and blamed it on market conditions and the experience of the reps. In addition there were poor business practices, side letters and swapping out Partners on certain deals where the AE had a better relationship with their preferred Partner. It's PE owned and it has created a difficult culture where the focus on leadership is solely on selling the company to get their payout. Selling into existing accounts is okay, but new logos are very difficult.
