I left after 3 months due to issues with their culture. Reps and my Manager were ok to miss their number and blamed it on market conditions and the experience of the reps. In addition there were poor business practices, side letters and swapping out Partners on certain deals where the AE had a better relationship with their preferred Partner. Leadership needs a turnover. Sometimes longevity does not mean that they are well suited to lead an organization if they are unfamiliar with the marketplace.
