Horrible, it gets so depressing when you know they lied about OTE to attract young college professionals. There is no upward growth like they promised, I've been on this position for a year and I still do the same thing everyday. No raise and the favoritism is a huge deal as you won't make anything if you are not the managers pet. Overall, stay away if you can from the ADR team on the ECS division.
