Horrible, it gets so depressing when you know they lied about OTE to attract young college professionals. There is no upward growth like they promised, I've been on this position for a year and I still do the same thing everyday. No raise and the favoritism is a huge deal as you won't make anything if you are not the managers pet. Overall, stay away if you can from the ADR team on the ECS division.

Lots of training opportunities. Structure of compensation not conducive to new business growth. Overlapping management brings redundancy and inefficiencies. "excessive" diversity ironically makes you feel like an outcast. Heavily focused on "women in tech" gives a misandrist feeling throughout every single engagement with female management.
