Horrible, it gets so depressing when you know they lied about OTE to attract young college professionals. There is no upward growth like they promised, I've been on this position for a year and I still do the same thing everyday. No raise and the favoritism is a huge deal as you won't make anything if you are not the managers pet. Overall, stay away if you can from the ADR team on the ECS division.

Overall experience has been very good. While the company could provide more professional development and training for success, the culture and leadership plays a huge part in bringing changes to the organization.
