Former Employee My overall experience was somewhat positive over the first 3 1/2 years there. During that time period we had a clear mission strategy with sold leadership that created a high value services deliverable for our clients, resulting in a loyal client base. The decision to merge with another MSP began the downfall of Ascend Technologies and resulted in significant client and staff departures, as well as restructuring of the organization.
