Former Employee Terrible management, no plan about how to go to market, they hired too many people and gave them accounts that do not fit the products. Nobody even considered if the accounts can sustain the kind of sales that they are expecting from the sales rep. Management is totally out of touch with reality and only cares about endless forecast calls every single week.
