Not one rep has hit quota in Q1. Quota increased dramatically to a point it’s entirely unattainable. Company is burning through reps and have lost a lot of their top performers. The comp plan is wildly in favor of the company and they will find any reason not to pay out. Sometimes waiting 6 months or More for a commission payment .
