Assembly has some great people and a well positioned product that I would put up against any competitor on the market. The compensation could use some work, but is trending positively.

This is a sinking ship. Good product and people, terrible marketing and sales. There’s no sales leader, only a guy who’s BFFs with the CEO and sits back traveling and collects a fat salary without any skills or knowing how to sell. He kills deals if he’s involved. Great leadership especially in the sales department. There are some struggles with the market but they will be overcome.

This is the most incredible leadership team I have ever worked under. The work/life balance is great, and the product is well positioned. The only negative(and the thing that drove me to this site in the first place) is the compensation is below where it should be for the quotas and deal size being asked of us.
