Its a good company that means well, but they do not set you up for success and will not work with you if you're flailing. The training is nonexistent and expectations are set on a whim. True culture really depends on your direct manager, so really get to know them in the interview process. Good gig, depends on your market the potential, but likely the tenured reps are sitting on anything big hoping and praying something pops.
